Family gathered Sunday, June 29, 2014, to honor Jayde Marie Poole on her first birthday with a party at Lazy 5 Ranch in Mooresville. Jayde and her guests enjoyed the day with a horse-drawn wagon safari ride/tour which included lunch and cake cutting.
Jayde’s custom-ordered cake was a Minnie Mouse white cake with bright pink buttercream icing completed with “polky dots.” And of course, it included Minnie ears and a bow.
Jayde wore a custom-made Minnie Mouse outfit complete with Minnie Mouse jewelry for her very special day.
Special guests were grandparents Rick and Jenny Poole and Patricia Oddie, all of Salisbury.
Jayde is the daughter of Joshua and Stacey Poole of Salisbury.
