Rowan authorities say an inmate in the county jail under a $3,000 secured bond for a failure to appear in court was wanted by Virginia authorities.

Israel David Branch, 36, was served an arrest warrant for being a fugitive from justice and was wanted by the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office. He’s being held under an additional $5,000 secured bond.

• Lori Nicole Propst, 34, was charged Thursday with misdemeanor resist, obstruct, delay an officer at the Rowan County Magistrate’s Office.

• Chloe Love Patton 21, was charged Thursday with misdemeanor simple assault in the 700 block of Mack Street.

• Marshall Clint Ellis, 35, was charged Thursday with misdemeanor assault on a female in the 300 block of Springway Lane, Cleveland.

• Robert K. Moore, 65, was charged with manufacturing a controlled substance schedule VI in the 2400 block of Leonard Road.

• Nathan Lee Reynolds, 29, was charged Friday with misdemeanor possession of a schedule VI substance in the 800 block of Peach Orchard Road, Salisbury, while officers were conducting a doestic property pick up and drugs were located.

• A man reported Friday a mower was stolen from his residence in the 1900 block of Peeler Road.

• A woman reported Friday a former tenant broke into the home to possibly retrieve items left behind in the 4100 block of Mount Hope Church Road.

• A man reported Friday an attempted breaking and entering in the 700 block of Pan Handle Road, Gold Hill.

• A man reported Saturday someone damaged his boat between Aug. 19 and Aug. 20 with bullets in the 1600 block of Saint Paul’s Church Road.

• A woman reported Saturday a larceny in the 200 block of Knoll View Drive.

• A woman reported Sunday a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Chippewah Woods Circle/Tamarac Shores Drive.

• A man reported Sunday a physical assault in the 5700 block of Turner Drive, Kannapolis.

• A woman reported Sunday a bicycle was stolen in the 100 block of Cherokee Lane.

• A man reported Sunday tools were taken from his Dodge Ram in the 6000 block of N.C. 801.

• A woman reported Sunday a bicycle was stolen from the 100 block of Myers Place.

• Gary Lee Kelly, 23, was charged Friday with misdemeanor possession of stolen goods in the 600 block of South Salisbury Avenue, Granite Quarry.

• Edwin Perez, 16, was charged Saturday with misdemeanor breaking and entering in the 2200 block of Jacob Bost Road.

• Breann Lynn Baumgarten, 17, and Alicia Marie Metzger, 18, were both charged Saturday with misdemeanor possession of controlled substance schedule VI in the 5800 block of Woodleaf and Goodson roads.

• Steven Dale Reavis, 47, was charged Sunday with misdemeanor assault on a female in the 100 block of Chippewah Woods Circle.

• Russell David Price, 26, and Scot Edward Dunham, 36, were both charged Sunday with felony larceny by employees while at the Rowan County Courthouse.
