The Rowan-Cabarrus Board of Trustees will include several proposed recommendations by the Academic and Student Engagement, Personnel and Building and Grounds committees in its monthly business meeting Monday.

The board will discuss revisions in curriculum to the college’s practical nursing and nursing assistant curriculums and receive updates on the additions and renovations to the college’s Salisbury campus.

The board will also vote on the emergency medical science program and YCH Architects’ facilities master plan for 2014-2024.

Prior to the board meeting at 3 p.m., trustees will hold a Strategic Planning Session we will be joined by Congresswoman Virginia Foxx and Elizabeth Edwards, Congressman Richard Hudson’s constituent relations manager, as we discuss federal initiatives for the community college.

The Rowan-Cabarrus Community College Board of Trustees will meet Monday at 4 p.m., at the college’s North Campus in the Paradowski Boardroom, 1333 Jake Alexander Blvd. South in Salisbury.
