The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division is asking for the public’s help in locating two registered sex offenders who have moved from their residences. The agency has obtained felony arrest warrants for Susan Michele Brandon, 40, of Kannapolis and Gary Robert Price, 24, of Heiligtown Road near East Spencer.

In early November, investigators discovered Susan Brandon moved from her Pritchard Street home, which had been listed under her registry. Detectives received information Brandon information Brandon may now be living Hartsville, S.C.  South Carolina Law Enforcement have been notified, Rowan officials said in a statement. Detectives also received complaints that Gary Price was not living at his registered address on Heiligtown Road. Detectives discovered Price was not living at this address and his current address remains unknown.

Both Brandon and Price are entered into a database and have been added to the Sheriff’s Most Wanted List.

A third registered sex offender, Derrick Wayne Zito, was arrested Nov. 20 for failure to register as a sex offender. Zito was charged after he failed to return a verification letter mailed to him in early November.  Zito remains in the Rowan County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond.
