• A woman reported on Friday someone filed income taxes under her social security number in the 200 block of Four Lakes Drive, Cleveland.

• A woman reported on Friday someone used her social security number to file their income taxes in the 2300 block of Lipe Road, China Grove.

• A woman reported on Friday with she paid $1,250 between Nov. 30 and Friday before realizing it was a scam in the 100 block of Dulin Avenue.

• A man reported on Friday an assault occurred in the 100 block of Longleaf Drive.

• A man reported on Friday his vehicle was broken into at the YMCA in the 700 block of Crescent Road, Rockwell.

• A woman reported on Friday she was the victim of fraud in the 900 block of Graham Loop Road, Mount Ulla.

• A woman reported on Friday she was the victim of identity theft that included the use of tax documents and tax returns in the 100 block of Powlas Road, Cleveland.

• A man reported on Friday he was the victim of an assault in the 300 block of Phillips Avenue, near Landis.

• A man reported on Saturday someone took tools from his vehicle in the 200 block of Miller Drive.

• A man reported on Saturday someone took three Angora rabbits from their cages in the 6600 block of Bringle Ferry Road.

• A woman reported on Sunday she was the victim of domestic assault in the 1000 block of River Trace Lane.

• Cynthia Mae Harkey, 28, was charged on Friday with misdemeanor simple assault of a handicapped person in the 100 block of Darryls Drive, Rockwell.

• Bernell Kenly Watts, 37, was charged on Friday with misdemeanor simple assault, while at the Rowan County Courthouse.

• Johnny Lee James, 57, was charged on Friday withl misdemeanor failure to maintain sewer system in the 2400 block of Woodsdale Street, Kannapolis.

• Crystal Donna Baker, 37, was charged on Friday with misdemeanor possession of stolen goods, while at the Rowan County Detention Center.

• Cynthia Darlene Davis, 43, was charged on Friday with felony possession/distribution of meth precursor in the 100 block of Cade Lane, Kannapolis.

• Akaiesha Latrice Yarger, 28, was charged on Friday with felony fugitive from justice in the 1300 block of Rankin Road, Cleveland.

• Darrell Eugene Barbee, 37, was charged on Friday with misdemeanor larceny in the 300 block of Phillips Avenue, Landis.

• Robert Matthew Husted, 36, and Brian James Stafford, 31, were each charged on Saturday with misdemeanor possession of marijuana in the 300 block of Leach Road.

• Miranda Leigh Reed, 20, was charged on Saturday with misdemeanor possession of schedule III controlled substance in the 600 block of Meadow Street, Spencer.

• Richard Michael Prymock, 33, was charged on Saturday with misdemeanor communicating threats in the 500 block of Cruse Road.

• Simon Miyah White, 22, was charged on Sunday with misdemeanor possession of marijuana in the 78000 block of Northbound Interstate 85.

• Antonio Demetric Vann, 45, was charged on Sunday with felony habitual impaired driver while at the Rowan County Detention Center.

• Eric Hughgene Ward, 36, was charged on Sunday with misdemeanor assault on a female in the 1000 block of River Trace Lane.

• Jared Jamal Inglis, 23, was charged on Sunday with misdemeanor possession of marijuana in the 1100 block of Landsdown Drive.
