Koster to speak to Rowan Democrats

Dr. Francis Koster, the Optimistic Futurist, will speak at the regular monthly meeting of the Rowan County Democrats Thursday, Feb. 26, at 6:30 p.m. in the commissioners room of the Rowan County Administrative Offices, 130 W. Innes.
His talk is titled, “Proven Ways to Improve our Quality of Life with Little or No Taxpayer Investment.” He has a regular column in the Salisbury Post and his book is titled “Discovering the New America.” His down-to-earth suggestions are well researched, practical and can be implemented by government, business and personally.
The public is welcome.
