In Rowan County Sheriff’s reports:

• A man reported on Tuesday someone broke a window in the back of the house and attempted to gain entry into his home in 3300 block of Faith Road.

• Fisher Athletic reported on Tuesday a larceny occurred sometime between March 26 and Tuesday in the 2000 block of Cauble Road.

• A man reported on Tuesday a break-in at his property in the 700 block of Hawkinstown Road.

• A man reported on Tuesday he was assaulted in the 200 block of Clint Drive, Cleveland.

• A woman reported on Tuesday she was the victim of assault in the 100 block of Neel Road.

• Katelyn Elizabeth Freeze, 24, and Rusty Dale Ray Propst, 23, were both charged on Tuesday with misdemeanor communicating threats in the 200 block of Nuggett Lane.

• Charles Stone Raffaldt, 30, was charged on Tuesday with misdemeanor simple assault while at the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office.

• Jacob Leonard Overcash, 25, was charged on Tuesday with misdemeanor 50-B protective order violation while at the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office.

• Eric Matthew Goodman, 28, was charged on Tuesday with misdemeanor assault on a female while at the Rowan County Magistrate’s Office.

• A woman reported on Wednesday she was the victim of vandalism in the 300 block of East Council Street.

• A man reported on Wednesday a vandalism in the 300 block of East Council Street.

• A woman reported on Wednesday a burglary in the 500 block of Wiley Avenue.

• A woman reported on Wednesday she was the victim of an assault in the 300 block of Old Concord Road.

• Rachel Jenel Relford, 19, was charged on Monday with misdemeanor larceny at Kmart.

• Robert Jones, 24, was charged on Monday with misdemeanor possession of marijuana at South Jake Alexander Boulevard and Julian Road.
