CONCORD — Concord Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Concord man last seen Saturday morning around 9:30 a.m.

Police say James William Fowler, 91, of Branchview Drive, was seen driving his 2011 white four-door Lincoln Town Car with the license plate DDS 2749

According to emergency communications, he is described as 5 feet tall and 165 pounds. He is bald and was wearing a white and blue Polo style shirt. It is unknown what type of shoes and pants he was wearing.

He is believed to suffer from Alzheimer’s and seizures.
