In Sheriff’s Office reports:
• Leonard Terry Smith Jr., 43, of 105 Saw Dust Trail, Salisbury, was charged Saturday with sex offender unlawfully on premises. Smith was allegedly at Ellis Park on Old Mockville Road. A sign forbidding sex offenders from being present is posted at the entrance to the park.
• Lucas O’Neal Sartain, 33, of 121 Crystal Creek Drive in China Grove, was charged with breaking and or entering and larceny after breaking and entering. Sartain allegedly broke into a building on the 700 block of North Chapel Street in Landis and took a Playstation 4.
In Salisbury Police reports:
• Robert Quinnard Robinson, 35, of 624 Forney St. in Salisbury, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing.
• Phillip Derell Roebuck, 21, of 1614 Standish St., apartment 8C, in Salisbury, was charged with possession of stolen goods or property. Roebuck allegedly possessed a stolen iPhone 6, valued at $350.
In other reports:
• Rodney Jermine Simon, 34, of 112 Cain St. in Spencer, was charged Saturday with discharging a firearm in the city limits and resisting a public officer. Simon allegedly shot a 9mm handgun at his residence. A Spencer police officer, responding to the shots fired call, said Simon gave false information.
• Shakeil Dewon Roberson, 21, of 631 South Ellis St. in Salisbury, was charged with assault on a female. He allegedly struck Raven Chevon Cook in the right eye with a closed fist, according to warrants.
• Mark Anthony Wallace, 44, of 620 Playground Lane in Salisbury, was charged with cyberstalking. Wallace allegedly threatened to inflict bodily harm on Ronnie Putnam, according to warrants.
• Richard L. Godfrey, of 1106 Bryce Ave. in Salisbury, was charged Friday with three counts of issuing a worthless check. Godfrey allegedly issued three checks, each less than $22, to IGA in Cleveland.
• Roxanne Marie Young, 52, of 605 Dream Lane in Salisbury, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly driving at John Terry Pierce while he was on an all-terrain vehicle, according to warrants. Pierce allegedly was forced into a ditch to avoid a collision.
• Justin Tyler Martin, 25, of 536 Gold Hill Drive, Salisbury, was charged Friday with assault on a female. Martin allegedly struck Haley Christine Hepburn in the arm with a closed fist and slammed her against a vehicle.
