•A man reported an assault Tuesday on the 6000 block of S. Main St. in Salisbury.

•Tammy Louann Arnette, 36, was charged Tuesday with resist/delay/obstruct an officer.

•Noah Michael Ritchie. 16, was charged Tuesday with resist/delay/obstruct an officer on the 2400 block of N. Cannon Blvd. in Kannapolis.

•Lindsey Rae Brown, 25, was charged Tuesday with contributing to neglect of a minor on the 2800 block of N. Cannon Blvd. in Kannapolis.

•Ryan Thomas Oliphant, 37, was charged Tuesday with assault on a female on the 1200 block of Rankin Road in Cleveland.

•Dermarko Dominic Sturdivant, 39, was charged Tuesday with carrying a concealed gun on the 200 block of Faith Road.
