The July 23 session is from 9:15 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. and the July 24 session is from 1 until 4:30 p.m. The registration fee for these two sessions is $25 to cover the cost of materials.

In order to be certified as a tutor, participants must attend both sessions.

Reservations to attend this training may be made by calling the literacy office at 704-216-8266 or by emailing rclc@rowancountync.gov. Please make your reservation by Friday, July 17.  Orientation materials will be sent to you on the literacy program and the role of volunteer tutors in helping adults to read or to learn English as a second language.
