Deadline for Posters is 5 p.m.

• J.C. Price Post 107 is sponsoring the Historic Sunday night dance Sunday, Aug. 30 from 9 p.m.-2 a.m. Music is by DJ Aaron S. Donation $5. Prizes for best line dancer, Sadie Hawkins dances. Refreshments, raffles and door prizes. Dress neat and clean, no athletic gear. Security present

• The Dixonville/Lincoln Community Assoc. is meeting Tuesday, Sept. 1 at 6 p.m. at the Community Room on Newsome Road.  Dues are still being accepted at this time. Anyone who did not receive a letter about the reunion should call Kay Wood at 704-637-9073.
