Frank Moose, 84, of Concord has recently published and has for sale his third book — “A Collection of Classic Jokes & Funny Sayings Volume III.”

This is, of course, a followup to volumes I and II of the same name. Those were published Feb. 10, 2014, and Aug. 24, 2014, respectively. The Post featured Moose and his first book in a 2014 story.

“I didn’t do this to make money,” Moose says. “I did it to have fun.”

The books sell for $15 each.

Moose’s third volume of jokes and funny sayings is available in Concord at Angela’s Gift Boutique, 14 S. Union St.; Phidippides Sports Center, Carolina Mall; and Wayside Family Restaurant, 27 Branchview Drive NE.

In Mount Pleasant, the book can be purchased at Marria’s Fresh Farmhouse, 8335 W. Franklin St. and the White Owl Antique Mall and Design Center, on N.C. 49.

Moose says he was recently asked to speak about his book at R. Brown McAllister Elementary School in Concord and by the Ethel R. Williams Book Club. He said he is available for other talks.
