• An employee at Rowan Public Library reported that someone stole her cellphone from her office, Tuesday.
• Jonathan Darclay Cooke, 19, was charged with larceny Monday at Walmart.
• Felicia Amber Browning, 18, was charged with larceny Monday at Walmart.
• Darrell Eaches, 26, was charged with larceny Tuesday at the 200 block of Faith Road.
• Thomas Gray, 54, was charged with assault on a female Tuesday at the intersection of East Steele Street and North Railroad Street.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

• A man reported an affray Tuesday at the Sheriff’s Office.
• Farmers and Merchants Bank in Rockwell reported four incidents of worthless checks Tuesday according to the Sheriff’s Office. This incident is still under investigation.
• A man reported items stolen Tuesday at the 11000 block of U.S. 52, Rockwell.
• Cuervo Upholster Shop in Kannapolis reported a burglary Tuesday.
• The Sheriff’s Office recovered a stolen vehicle Tuesday.
• A man reported a burglary at the 1600 block of Amity Hill Road, Cleveland, Tuesday.
• A man reported an attempted burglary Tuesday at the 300 block of Nazareth Home Road, Rockwell.
• Randy Velazquez, 17 was charged Tuesday with resist, delay or obstruct a public officer at the 700 block of Ebenezer Road, Kannapolis.
• Bernabe Gonzalez Hernandez, 17, was charged with breaking and entering Tuesday at the 700 block of Ebenezer Road, Kannapolis.
• Robert Lee Thompson, 30, was charged at the Sheriff’s Office Tuesday with breaking and entering.
• Ashley Lynn Bynum, 28, was charged Tuesday at the Sheriff’s Office with larceny.
• Birgit Klum Hurley, 46, was charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled substance at the Magistrate’s Office, Tuesday.
• Robert Lee Thompson, 30, was charged Tuesday at the Sheriff’s Office with possessing stolen goods.
• Jay Edgar Hoffner, 53, was charged with breaking and entering at the 1100 block of Panther Point Road, Richfield.
• Beverly Gibson Marlin, 54, was charged Tuesday at the Magistrate’s Office with injury to personal property.
