Rowan weather: A sunny weekend ahead

The sun is back again, and we’ll have a cool day, with a high of 61 and west winds at 6-11 mph. Tonight’s low will be right at the freezing mark, 32 degrees, with more west wind at about 6 mph.

Thursday’s wind blew a lot of remaining leaves off the trees.

Saturday will be sunny, too, with a cooler high of 56 and northwest wind at 5-6 mph in the morning. Saturday night will be very cold, with a low of 29 and north northwest winds at 3-5 mph.

More sun for Sunday, with a high of 60 and a low around 33 degrees.

Mostly sunny for Monday, with a high of 62 and a low, under mostly cloudy skies, of 42.

Tuesday will be just partly sunny  with a high of 64. Expect a 30 percent chance of rain Tuesday night, with a warm low of 55.

Wednesday has a 40 percent chance of showers, with mostly cloudy skies and a high of 67. The same chance of rain is possible Wednesday night, with a low of 52.

And Thursday has a 30 percent chance of showers, but with partly sunny skies and a high of 66.
