In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:
• Leon Treshawn Potts, 26, of the 700 block of Farmhurst Drive in Charlotte, was charged with carrying a concealed gun. He was issued a $1,000 secured bond.
• Denise Furgeson, 47, of the 2600 block of Lower Stone Church Road in Rockwell, was charged with financial card theft after taking a card from a Rockwell man.
• Christal Binkley, 27, of the 700 block of Heiligtown Road in Salisbury, was charged with two counts of simple assault on two females. She was issued a $1,000 secured bond.
• Vincent Luke Russell, 45, of the 500 block of Russell Farm Road in Kannapolis, was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance. He was issued a $10,000 bond.
• Crystal Jones, 30, of the 6800 block of Unity Church Road in Kannapolis, was charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia. She was issued a $2,500 secured bond.
• William Marshall Oxendine Jr., 50, of the 400 block of Troutman Road in Rockwell, was charged with assault on a female. He is being held at the Rowan Count Detention Center.
• Adam Cameron Russell, 25, of the 1900 block of Grubb Ferry Road in Salisbury, was charged with possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia. He was issued a $1,000 secured bond.
• Bennett David Hester, 26, of the 2900 block of North Main Street in Kannapolis, was charged with breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. He broke into a building on the 800 block of Old Beatty Ford Road in China Grove and stole $3,175 worth of property. He was issued a $5,000 secured bond.
In Salisbury Police Department reports:
• Tony Mitchell Williams, 30, of the 600 block of Lafayette Circle in Salisbury, was charged with common law robbery and issued a $5,000 secured bond after forcibly stealing a cellphone.
• Walter Lee Daugherty Jr., 46, of the 400 block of Beagle Club Road, was charged with misdemeanor larceny, felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued a $1,500 secured bond.
