Sensory Processing and Behavior Seminar for Parents

SALISBURY — Partners in Learning Child Development will host a community event for parents and teachers regarding children’s sensory processing and behavior on Tuesday, Feb. 23, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Parents throughout the community are invited to learn how to recognize sensory sensitivity and develop strategies for helping their child manage emotions. Ashley Deaton, OTD, OTR/L from One Step at a Time Therapy and Footprints in the Community will be the guest speaker. Teachers will receive 1.5 training hours for their attendance. Refreshments and childcare will be provided. Registration is required.
