Editorial: What would you ask candidates?

- A full crowd attends a 2014 candidate forum. Another forum for Salisbury City Council candidates will be held 6 p.m. Monday at the Crystal Lounge, sponsored by AT&T, the Salisbury Post, Catawba College, WSAT and the Rowan County Chamber of Commerce.
If you have questions you’d like local candidates to address at the forum coming up this Wednesday, it’s time to send them in for consideration.
Amid all the controversy over congressional district lines and the delay of those primaries until June, you may have forgotten that other primaries will go on as planned on March 15. Ditto for the $2 billion state bond issue.
Candidates in the Republican primary for Rowan County Board of Commissioners and the 77th District seat in the N.C. House will answer questions in a forum 6 p.m. Wednesday in Tom Smith Auditorium at Catawba College. Sponsors are the Post, Catawba, WSAT and the Rowan County Chamber of Commerce.
