In Salisbury Police Department reports:

• DMario Raynard Rhodes, 31, of Salisbury, was charged Saturday with assault on a child under the age of 12 and misdemeanor child abuse.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

• Michael Justin Antosek, 37, of Salisbury, was charged Saturday with felony larceny and obtaining property by false pretense.
• Daniel Ray Kesler, 26,of Gold Hill, was charged Saturday with obtaining property by false pretense.
• Daniel Gauge Poteat, 22, of Salisbury, was charged Saturday with two counts of misdemeanor larceny and possession of a stolen firearm.

In other reports:

• Edith Romero Escobar, 40, of Spencer, was charged Saturday by the Spencer Police Department with simple assault.
• Kenneth Boone, Jr., 35, of Rockwell, was charged Saturday with assault on a female.
