A Salisbury man who was placed on the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office Most Wanted list Thursday was arrested the same day.

Morgan Taylor McDuffie, 22, was arrested at Walmart on South Arlington Street. He was charged with felony failure to register as a sex offender.

He was placed under a $25,000 secured bond.

In Salisbury Police Department reports:

• A business reported on Tuesday vandalism at the 100 block of Mooresville Road.
• A man reported Tuesday fraud at the 900 block of South Church Street.
• A woman reported Tuesday a larceny from a motor vehicle at the 400 block of East Bank Street.
• A man reported Tuesday fraud at the 800 block of East Innes Street.
• A woman reported Tuesday a larceny at the 500 block of Lincolnton Road.
• A woman reported Tuesday a larceny at the 800 block of Carpenters Circle.
• Rowan County Schools reported Tuesday a larceny from a motor vehicle at the 100 block of Clancy Street.
• A woman reported Tuesday that she was the victim of simple physical assault at the 900 block of South Caldwell Street.
• A person reported Wednesday a larceny from a building at the 1300 block of West Horah Street.
• A woman reported Wednesday a burglary at the 1300 block of Montgomery Avenue.
• Counterfeit DVDs were reported Thursday at the 1300 block of South Jake Alexander Boulevard.
• Kendarius Maxwell Rankin, 18, was charged Thursday with common law robbery at the 200 block of South Merritt Avenue.
• LaKeisha Nichelle Rhodes, 25, was charged Thursday with the manufacture of a controlled substance schedule I and possession of drug paraphernalia at the 100 block of East Liberty Street.

• A man reported Wednesday he was the victim of simple physical assault at the 100 block of West Liberty Street.
• A woman reported Wednesday motor vehicle theft at the 200 block of Kenway Drive in Woodleaf.
• A man reported Wednesday a larceny at the 1400 block of Pine Ridge Road in China Grove.
• David Edward Lore, 24, was charged Wednesday with carrying concealed weapons at the 900 block of South Myrtle Avenue in China Grove.
• Stacey Mechelle Luken, 52, was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance schedule IV at the 2500 block of Bear Poplar Road in Mount Ulla.
• Artis Ernesto Burns, 38, was charged Wednesday with failure to notify of a change of address as a registered sex offender at the 100 block of Castle Drive in Salisbury.
• Randy Velazquez, 17, was charged Wednesday with simple assault at the 100 block of West Liberty Street in Salisbury.
• Ayyad Faour Sukkar, 16, was charged Wednesday with simple assault at the 100 block of West Liberty Street in Salisbury.
• Emmanuel Alexander Parrish, 29, was charged Wednesday with possession of a weapon by a felon at the 2300 block of North Main Street in Kannapolis.
• Ronnie Lee Simmons, 63, was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia at the 3000 block of East NC Highway 152 in Salisbury.
