In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

• Jonathan Jason Palafox of Kannapolis, 31, was charged Saturday with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to manufacture, sell or deliver the substance.
• Angela Renee Ball of Mooresville, 32, was charged Saturday with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to manufacture, sell or deliver the substance.

• Spencer Wayne Clayton of Salisbury, 18, was charged by the China Grove Police Department on Saturday with trafficking opiates and opium, possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia and driving while his license was revoked.
