• The Kannapolis City Schools Board of Education will meet Monday at 6 p.m. for its monthly business meeting. The board will meet at the system central office at 100 Denver Street, Kannapolis. A closed session will be held prior to the meeting, beginning at 5 p.m.

• The Cabarrus County Board of Education will meet Monday at 6 p.m. in the board room at the Education Center, located at 4401 Old Airport Road in Concord.
