Rowan weather: Another chance of showers

Some areas may see patchy fog this morning, but otherwise it will be partly sunny and 84. We have a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly this afternoon.The wind will be mostly calm. Little accumulation is expected.
Tonight also has a 40 percent chance of showers and storms, with a low of 64 and south southwest wind at 3-5 mph. A tenth to a quarter inch of rain is possible, with higher amounts in thunderstorms.
The chance of showers and storms for Friday is 50 percent, with the greatest chance before 2 p.m. It will start out cloudy and gradually clear, leading to a high of 79. Winds will shift to the northwest at 5-8 mph.
Any of the thunderstorms over the next two days could produce frequent lightning, along with small hail and downburst winds.
Friday night will be clear, with a low of 56.
Saturday will be sunny and 78. Light west northwest wind will shift to the west southwest and blow at 8-13 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. The low Saturday will be 50.
Sunday will be mostly sunny and 72, with a low of 51.
Monday will be partly sunny and 76. A 30 percent chance of rain moves in Monday night, with a low of 57.
A 40 percent chance of showers for Tuesday, with mostly cloudy skies and a high of 76. Also a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms Tuesday night, with a low of 62.
Tuesday will also have a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, with mostly cloudy skies and a high near 80.
