End Fibrant now

The Salisbury City Council has publically admitted that Fibrant is now costing taxpayers $10,000 per day to cover losses for this boondoggle. In a city with so many real needs, like more police officers, this is simply outrageous. That is $3,650,000 per year.

I personally will never support any government project that puts local government in competition with other companies that have to pay taxes and play by the rules.

The city can simply divert funds or raise taxes to cover the Fibrant losses. This puts an unnecessary burden on all of the city residents that simply should not be occurring.

City Council needs to do the right thing and end city involvement in Fibrant now.
