In Salisbury Police Department reports:

• William Joel Maynard, 55, of Salisbury, was charged Saturday with assault on a female.
• Leslie Wendell-Stefon Felder, 18, of Rockwell, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana, carrying a concealed gun and resisting a public officer.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Department reports:

• William Herbert Cornell, 42, was charged Saturday with possession of a counterfeit controlled substance with the intent to sell and deliver, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.
• Anthony Lee Duckworth, 46, of China Grove, was charged Saturday with simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two counts of simple assault.
• Jessica Danielle Jones, 25, of Kannapolis, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia.
