Police found two injured after officers responded to shots fired Wednesday night. According to an e-mailed release from Salisbury Police, officers were called to the 600 block of E. Cemetery St. at about 9:05 p.m. Wednesday.

When police arrived they found Isaiah Thomas Little, 18, and Preston Jaquad Dalton, 20, of Salisbury. Both had been shot. The two were taken to Wake Forest Baptist hospital in Winston-Salem. Their condition is unknown at this time.

Salisbury Police Criminal Investigators are investigating the scene. The State Bureau of Investigations is assisting with the crime scene processing.
