• A man reported items stolen from a motor vehicle Thursday in the 800 block of Klumac Road.
• A man reported items stolen from a motor vehicle Thursday in the 100 block of Marriott Circle.
• An alleged sexual assault against a juvenile was reported Thursday.
• A sexual assault was reported Thursday.
• The Hussman Corporation reported that items were stolen from a motor vehicle while it was parked at Cracker Barrel.
• A woman reported items stolen from a motor vehicle Thursday in the 300 block of Club House Drive.
• A man reported an assault Thursday in the 700 block of Maple Avenue.
• Salisbury police seized marijuana at the intersection of Dorsett Drive and Statesville Boulevard Thursday.
• An assault was reported Thursday in the 800 block of W. Jake Alexander Boulevard.
• Patrick La’wayne Evans, 24, was charged with simple possession in the 300 block of S. Shaver St. Thursday.
• Tammie Nicole Simpson, 37, was charged Thursday with simple assault, simple assault and battery or affray in the 700 block of Maple Ave.

• A woman reported a breaking and entering and theft Wednesday in the 200 block of Providence St., China Grove.
• Charles Wayne Laney, 30, was charged Wednesday in the 1000 block of S. Main St., China Grove.
• Chadwick Michael Ballard, 38, was charged Wednesday with assault on a female.
• Cori Brooks Mayhew, 24, was charged Wednesday with assault and battery.
• Ashley Damon Knecht, 41, was charged Wednesday with indecent liberties with children.
• David Ross Miller, 16, was charged Wednesday with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance in the 1400 block of Mount Moriah Church Road, Landis.
• Nathan Griffin, 37, was charged Wednesday with breaking and entering into cars or other motor vehicles in the 400 block of Moon River Road.
• Lora Ann Griffin, 36, was charged Wednesday in the 400 block of Moon River Road with resist, delay and obstructing a public officer.
