Temple ~ Black Engagement

Kristin Temple and Alexander Black of Salisbury are pleased to announcement their engagement.

Kristin is the daughter of Rockford and Julie Temple of Findlay, Ohio and Scott and Paula Whaley of Carrboro and the granddaughter of Norma Miley and the late John Miley of Marion, Ohio; the late Joseph and Hazel Temple of Marion, Ohio; Ben and Joan Kisseberth of Findlay, Ohio; and Dan Meagley of Findlay, Ohio. A 2009 graduate of Chapel Hill High School, Kristin is employed by Comfort Keepers of Salisbury.

Alexander is the son of Gary and Lisa Black of Salisbury and the grandson of Jim and Betty Carli of Salisbury; the late Albert Black of Knoxville, Tenn.; Larry and Sonia Martin of Carolina Beach; and the late Carol Martin of Spencer. A 2009 graduate of Salisbury High School, Alexander earned a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2016. He is currently employed at Allied Universal.

The wedding is Dec. 31, 2016 at First Presbyterian Church, Salisbury.
