In Rowan County Magistrate’s Office reports:
- Nasby Jordan Mills, III, 31, of Cleveland, was charged Saturday with larceny of a motor vehicle. According to warrants, Mills allegedly stole a green and black 1994 Dodge Ram pickup.
- Stephanie Jean Mayberry, 41, of Salisbury, was charged Saturday with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and child abuse. According to warrants, Mayberry was in possession of an Opana ER 40 mg pill and a 10 mg Methadone pill. She was also allegedly in possession of two glass smoking devices with charred ends and a cut white straw, as well as crack cocaine. Mayberry was allegedly in possession of these items in the presence of her child.
- Damien Price Hillard, 17, of Richfield, was charged Friday with assault inflicting serious injury. According to warrants, Hillard assaulted and struck Jake Holshouser by punching him in the left eye, face and nose. Holshouser suffered a broken nose and required seven stitches above his left eye.
- Tinkena Yvonne Leach, 39, of Salisbury, was charged Friday with assault and battery, communicating threats and second degree trespass. According to warrants, Leach assaulted Takshia Love, pulling the hair out of Love’s head, and striking her about her head, arm and back. Leach allegedly told Love she was “going to beat her up,” and refused to leave Love’s Kannapolis residence.
