In Salisbury Police Department reports:
• A woman on Friday reported an assault in the 600 block of South Shaver Street.
• Food Lion No. 10 on Friday reported a fraud by false pretense in the 500 block of West Jake Alexander Boulevard.
• A woman on Friday reported that an unknown man was taking photographs of her in her home in the 700 block of Victory Street.
• A woman reported an assault Friday in the 600 block of Mocksville Avenue.
• A man reported an assault Saturday in the 1300 block of Statesville Boulevard.
• Harris Teeter on Sunday reported that a woman tried to purchase items using a forged check in the 800 block of West Jake Alexander Boulevard.
• Walmart on Sunday reported that a man ran from the store with a TV in the 300 block of South Arlington Street.
• Christopher Michael Johnston, 37, was charged Friday with simple assault in the 100 block of East Liberty Street.
• Terry Isaac Brown, 33, was charged Saturday with assault by strangulation in the 600 block of East Bank Street.
• Diamante Denolan Crawford, 21, was charged Saturday with larceny in the 600 block of East Lafayette Street.
• Maria Teresa Madia, 30, was charged with credit card fraud in the 100 block of West Liberty Street.
In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:
• A man reported a burglary Thursday in the 100 block of St. John’s Drive.
• A man reported a burglary Thursday in the 3500 block of East Ridge Road.
• A woman on Thursday reported that a gas generator had been stolen from inside a residence in the 100 block of Wood Lake Drive.
• Jason Ray Long, 35, was charged Thursday with being a habitual felon in the 400 block of Grace Church Road.
• Dwayne Eugene Price, 29, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 5700 block of Statesville Boulevard.
• Theresa Ann Byars, 55, was charged with stalking in the 2100 block of Gheen Road.
• Richard Joel Gavidia, 28, was charged with possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance at South Main and West Third streets.
