Salisbury police are looking for Eric George Hyman on a charge of attempted first-degree murder stemming from a Sunday home invasion.

Hyman, 29, of 122 Clancy St, also is wanted on charges of first-degree burglary and shooting into an occupied dwelling, police said Wednesday.

Rodney Carpenter was shot and stabbed inside his home on Vanderford Street during a home invasion Sunday morning. The crime was not a random act, police said.
