Rowan weather: Cold start, but nice days ahead

Another icy morning to start what will be a nice day. The sun will warm us up to 62 degrees, with south winds around 5 mph this afternoon.
Tonight will be clear and cold again, with a low of 32.
Expect a warmer Wednesday, with more sun and a high of 64. Winds will be from the northwest at 5 mph. The low will be a tiny bit warmer, too, around 38.
Thursday will be mostly sunny and 60, with light and variable wind.
Rowan County and the entire state are in a moderate drought, so we need some rain. A 30 percent chance of showers moves in Thursday night, mainly after 10 p.m. It will be mostly cloudy with a low of 42.
Friday will be mostly sunny with a high of 60. The low will be 34, with partly cloudy skies.
Saturday will be mostly sunny and 56. Clear skies will lead to a low of 34.
Sunday will be sunny and 61, with a mostly clear night and a low of 33.
Monday will be sunny and 60.
