Resolution Run 5K run and walk benefits Rowan Helping Ministries on New Year’s Day

Runners and walkers of all abilities have the opportunity to gather on New Year’s Day at The Forum to jump-start a year of exercise and benefit the needy.
The Resolution Run 5K run and walk will benefit Rowan Helping Ministries.
The registration fee is $10, or $5 if accompanied by a donation of at least three canned goods.
Participants will receive a dri-fit shirt and post-run refreshments. There will be no post-race awards.
The 5K will start at 9 a.m. Jan 1.
Participants can drop off registrations at The Forum or mail them to Salisbury Rowan Runners, PO Box 1825, Salisbury, NC 28145. Registration is also available at the Forum on New Year’s morning.

Sponsors for the fourth annual Resolution Run 5K include Novant Health, the city of Salisbury, SRR and The Forum.
Rowan Helping Ministries will receive 100 percent of the proceeds. Additional donations will be accepted.
