SPENCER — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for an endangered Spencer man.

Richard Lee Wallace, 64, is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Wallace is white and is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds. He has brown, medium length hair; a gray beard; and blue eyes.

Wallace was seen wearing a gray jacket with blue jeans and boots. He was last known to be at 1515 S. Salisbury Ave., Apartment 6 in Spencer.

He owns a 1999 red Dodge Dakota with the N.C. license plate PCN-6115.
