KANNAPOLIS — In Rowan County Magistrate’s Office reports:

• Jenny Lynn Powell, 62, was charged Saturday with two counts of felony possession of Schedule II controlled substances with the intent to manufacture, sell or deliver; felony maintaining of a dwelling for use, storage or sale of controlled substances; and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Her residence is in the 300 block of Phillips Street in Landis.

• Joshua Wayne Eldreth, 30, was charged Friday with felony sale or delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance; felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with the intent to manufacture, sell or deliver; and felony possession of methamphetamine. Eldreth lives in the 200 block of East 3rd Street in Faith.
