In Salisbury Police Department reports:

• The theft of automobile accessories was reported Saturday in the 200 block of South West Street.

• A larceny was reported Sunday in the 900 block of Maple Avenue.

• A larceny was reported Sunday at the Shell Station on East Innes Street.

• Cory Lynn Overcash was charged Saturday with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

• A woman reported a burglary Thursday in the 800 block of East Ridge Road.

• Deputies seized drugs Thursday in the 6200 block of U.S. 52.

• Deputies seized marijuana Thursday in the 800 block of East Innes Street.

• A man reported an assault Thursday in the 5900 block of East N.C. 152, Rockwell.

• Larry Wayne Beam, 43, was charged Thursday with speeding while attempting to elude arrest.

• Jasmine Starr Brown, 19, was charged Thursday with possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, with possession of a Schedule III controlled substance and with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Bryant Lane Johnson, 23, was charged Thursday with breaking and entering.

• Shauntel Jamie Smith, 16, was charged Thursday with simple assault.
