Rowan weather: More wind, more fire danger

Again today, we have increased fire danger, with even higher winds possible.
Humidity remains low, as well, so avoid outdoor burning.
Today will be sunny with temperatures staying in the 60s, dropping later in the day. The high will be 67. Winds will be from the northwest at 9-18 mph, gusting as high as 29 mph.
Tonight will be clear with a low of 35 and north northwest wind at 5-11 mph.
The next thing to worry about is patchy frost on Friday between 7 and 8 a.m. It will be sunny and warm to 65, with north wind at 6-8. Friday night will be clear and 38, with north northeast wind at 3-5 mph.
The weekend will be sunny, but cooler. Saturday’s high will be 68, with northeast wind around 5 mph, calming in the afternoon. The low Saturday will be 44.
Sunday will be partly sunny and 68, with a low of 48.
Monday brings a 50 percent chance of showers, with mostly cloudy skies and a high of 63. The same chance of rain continues Monday night, with a low of 49.
Tuesday will have a 60 percent chance of showers, with cloudy skies and a high of 62, then it’s back to a 50 percent chance for Tuesday night, with a low of 51.
And Wednesday will have a 50 percent chance of showers, too, with a warmer high of 67.
