SALISBURY — The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office has added two offenders to its most-wanted list.

Willie James Blake Jr., 56, is a registered sex offender who was released from prison in May. He failed to report to the Sheriff’s Office and list his address.

Blake is known to walk the streets of Salisbury, the Sheriff’s Office said.

Blake is 5 foot 10 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.

The Sheriff’s Office began investigating complaints about a sex offender making contact with a minor through a social network. As a result of the investigation, Jason E. Morton, 36, was charged with felony indecent liberties with a minor.

Morton’s last known address is a residence on Miller Chapel Road in Salisbury. He is 5 foot 6 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds.
