The Spencer Board of Aldermen added permitted uses for a zoned internet business district. The additions were a text amendment recommended by the Planning Board. The board decided that the unknowns of the project were not sufficient to stall it. A motion passed 4-2, with aldermen Mike Boon and David Lamanno voting against it.
