July 4th week reminds us of freedom and individual liberty. Then Steve and Cookie Roberts give us a dose of “Centrist (aka lowest common denominator) is best” on Saturday and Eric Hake gives us a dose of “Globalism (aka one world government) is the future” on Sunday.

What a contrast. I do not wish to be a kept citizen. I do not want the state to take care of me. I will not trade freedom for benefits. I can make my own mistakes. I need a bird cage so I can have a place for these two opinions.
