Rowan-Salisbury Schools administrators will speak at the upcoming meeting of the Rowan County Chapter of the Autism Society of North Carolina.

Candace Lindstrom, exceptional children’s director, and Sara Kitchen, an adapted autism specialist, will discuss “District Support Structures.”

The meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 20 in Room 123 of First Ministry Center, 220 N. Fulton St.

The center is across the street from First Baptist Church. Visitors should park in the main parking lot, enter through the main doors, and turn right.

Child care will be provided, but reservations for child care must be made by Friday at RowanChapter@autismsociety-nc.org.

The meeting is free and open to the public.

The Rowan County chapter meets the third Tuesday of every month. It was formed by local parents and care providers who have life experience with autism. It is supported by the Autism Society of North Carolina, whose mission is “to provide support and promote opportunities than enhance the lives of individuals within the autism spectrum and their families.”
