Rowan weather: Flash flood

Rowan remains under a flash flood watch until 12 a.m. Tuesday. Although the remnants of Florence are moving north northeast, with the possibility of more showers later today.
Flooding is possible as water continues to drain into creeks and streams.
We have a 70 percent chance of showers this morning, then showers and thunderstorms, with patchy fog before 10 a.m. It will be mostly cloudy and 82, with south southwest wind at 8-10 mph. A quarter to half inch of rain is possible. Showers should be isolated.
The chance of showers and thunderstorms tonight will be 50 percent, with patchy fog after 10 p.m. It will be mostly cloudy and 69, with south wind at 5-7 mph. A tenth to quarter inch of rain is possible.
Tuesday will have just a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, with patchy fog before 10 a.m. It will be mostly sunny with a high of 84. Northwest wind will be at 5-8 mph. Less than a tenth of an inch of rain is expected.
