I don’t understand why the Rowan Memorial Gardens can have lights on their signs at night but are unable to keep a light on the American flag. This light is out more than it is on. If they are unable to keep the light working they should redirect one of the sign lights to the flag. They are always on at night.

As a veteran, I truly feel there is no excuse for this gross negligence and disrespect. I would only hope this letter will be echoed by others.
