Hats off to the organizers of the Carson vs. South Rowan alumni basketball games on Saturday.

A great time was had by all. It was a good turnout for players and spectators. I hope it happens every year. I will definitely support it.

My sons played sports in high school, and I sure miss going to watch them play.

They’re both grown with children of their own. So, I really enjoyed watching my son play basketball again in the Carson gym.

If the schools continue to have the alumni games, they should advertise more. I think the game would have an even better turnout next time. I know I’ll be there.
