KANNAPOLIS — George Calvin Hines, 82, was reported missing and is believed to be suffering from dementia or another cognitive ailment.

Anyone with information about Hines should call Officer J. Barnes at the Kannapolis Police Department, 704-920-4000.

Hines is a black man about 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing 220 pounds. He has black and white short hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black cress pants, a purple short-sleeve polo shirt and black dress shoes.

Hines was last seen at Just for You Barber Shop at Town Center Plaza in Charlotte. He home is at 1914 Stonwyck Ave., Kannapolis.

Police say he may be trying to return to Kannapolis. He was driving a 2012 dark blue Dodge Ram truck with license plate FBE-6730.
