A registered sex offender from Mooresville who is on probation was at River Park (the Bullhole) in Cooleemee on May 23 and has been charged with being at a place that minors frequent, according to the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office.

Rodney Albert Shearer, 27, was charged with the felony in the 400 block of Allman Road, Mooresville.

• Shawn Michael Walker, 36, was charged May 24 with felony larceny of a motor vehicle in the 1100 block of Long Ferry Road.

• Caleb Ray Daniels, 17, was charged May 24 with misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor in the 9100 block of Stokes Ferry Road.

• Vala Diamond Sackey, 29, was charged May 24 with misdemeanor simple assault in the 900 block of Second Street, Spencer.

• Eric Floyd Snyder, 54, was charged May 24 with misdemeanor cyberstalking.

• Beth Marie Webster, 59, was charged May 24 with misdemeanor communicating threats in the 100 block of Sailboat Drive.

• Jonathan Lamont Murray, 31, was charged May 24 with felony breaking and entering in the 900 block of Miller Chapel and Shue roads.

• Shelly Kay Knight, 34, was charged May 24 with misdemeanor possession of a Schedule III controlled substance in the 6100 block of East N.C. 152, Rockwell.

• Misty Nicole Moffitt, 38, was charged May 24 with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance Schedule V in the 4900 block of South Main Street.

• Ashley Marie Thompson, 28, was charged Saturday with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance Schedule VI in the 3400 block of South Main Street and Airport Road.

• David Lee Harris, 36, was charged Saturday with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance Schedule VI in the 3400 block of South Main Street and Airport Road.

• Gary LaMont Spencer, 35, was charged Saturday with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance Schedule VI at Peach Orchard Road and Peach Tree Avenue.

• Leon Kelly Cook, 36, was charged Saturday with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance Schedule VI in the 70600 block of southbound Interstate 85.

• Jaden Lenee Shull, 23, was charged Saturday with misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia at Statesville Boulevard and School Street, Cleveland.

• Angel Dawn Wardell, 34, was charged Saturday with misdemeanor buying or receiving stolen property in the 100 block of Kepley Road and Statesville Boulevard.

• Jason Michael Wyatt, 36, was charged Saturday with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in the 9100 block of Bringle Ferry Road.

• Craig Thomas Haas, 36, was charged Wednesday with felony trafficking in heroin or opium in the 1000 block of Old Beatty Ford Road, Rockwell.

• John Wayne Gray, 46, was charged Wednesday with felony robbery with a dangerous weapon.

• Wesley Maurice Robinson, 34, was charged Wednesday with felony possession of a controlled substance Schedule I at the Rowan County jail.

• Ervin Lee Owens, 52, was charged Wednesday with failing to notify authorities of an address change by a sex offender.

• A woman reported Thursday that she found a bullet hole in her car parked in the 200 block of Lakewood Drive.
