SALISBURY — Ronnie Wayne Warren, 34, of Salisbury, was arrested Thursday on four outstanding Rowan County warrants.
Warren is charged with felony breaking and entering; felony larceny after breaking and entering; felony attempted breaking and entering; and robbery with a dangerous weapon. The charges date from June 14 to June 17.
Warren was arrested in the 400 block of Grace Church Road. He was issued a $50,000 secured bond.

• A man reported an assault Tuesday in the 600 block of Mocksville Avenue.

• Shareef Devon Walker, 22, was charged Tuesday with misdemeanor possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance in the 2000 block of Harrison Road.
• Antonio Jamel Rankin, 37, was charged Wednesday with misdemeanor resisting, delaying or obstructing a public officer in the 500 block of Cedar Street.
• Charles Reginald Springs, 63, was charged with felony breaking and entering, preparation to commit burglary and felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance Wednesday at West Innes and Institute streets.
• Kenneth Wayne Miller, 32, was charged with felony larceny Thursday in the 300 block of North Main Street.
• Tiffany Star-ruth Smith, 28, was charged Thursday with misdemeanor larceny in the 400 block of West 15th Street.
• Roger Dale Ray, 22, was charged Friday with misdemeanor hit-and-run resulting in property damage at Hill and Cooper streets.
