Blotter: 18-year-old charged with marijuana possession with intent to distribute

SALISBURY — An 18-year-old woman was charged with felony possession with intent to distribute marijuana on Saturday.

Salisbury Police arrested Anna Chau Nguyen, of Spencer, after finding 34 grams of marijuana.

Nguyen has a bond total of $140,000 with $70,000 coming from previous charges.

Other weekend charges include:

• Helena Nicole Cameron, 37, of Salisbury, was charged by Salisbury Police for simple assault after she allegedly swung a curtain rod at the victim on Saturday.

• James Joseph Perhealth, 28, of Salisbury, was charged with felony larceny of a firearm, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia on Saturday. Rowan County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Perhealth after he stole a Ruger Single-Six revolver.

• Sarah Faye Waddell, 30, of Salisbury, was charged by the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office on Friday for conspiring to sell and deliver and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver control substance Schedule II.

• Tracy Moss, 51, of Rockwell was charged by Rowan County Sheriff’s Friday for conspiring to sell and deliver suboxone strips.

• Quterry Brewer, 27, of Lilesville, and Kevin Damichael Watkins Jr., 19, of Kannapolis were charged Friday by Kannapolis Police for robbery with a dangerous weapon and assault to inflict injury. Brewer and Watkins allegedly threatened a victim with a Taurus 9mm handgun, hit the victim on the head and face causing a large knot and bleeding from the ear. They allegedly stole $30 and a cellphone.

• Andrew Micah Siffort, 32, of Salisbury, was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia by Rowan County Sheriff’s.

• Johnny W. Lambert, 30, of Granite Quarry, was charged by Granite Quarry Faith Police Authority for punching a victim in the face repeatedly breaking his nose on Friday.
