• Hanford Dole Elementary School reported Monday that an out-of-control student damaged property at the school, 465 Choate Road.

• A woman reported Monday that someone used her bank account information and made unauthorized purchases in the 700 block of Dixon Avenue, Kannapolis.

• Pasko Window Designs reported fraud Monday in the 300 block of Parks Fields Drive, Kannapolis.

• A woman reported fraud Monday in the 8400 block of Medium Drive, Rockwell.

• Michael Wayne Anglin, 39, was charged Monday with misdemeanor assault on a female in the 200 block of Elliott Drive.

In Salisbury Police Department reports:

• A woman reported Monday that someone used her Social Security number to open an account.

• Daymark reported Monday that someone stole items from a vehicle in the 2100 block of Statesville Boulevard.
