SALISBURY ― The Novant Health Rowan Medical Center Foundation celebrated its 30th anniversary with the 2019 patrons ball on Sept. 7 at the Country Club of Salisbury.

More than 160 attended the fundraiser complete with cocktails, dinner, dancing and music by the Entertainers Band.

Proceeds will support the new linear accelerator in the Wallace Cancer Center.

The $24 million, 32,000-square-foot center will open in July. It will consolidate all Rowan Councy’s cancer care services and programs in one location. The consolidation is designed to personalize patient-centered care, improve accessibility, increase affordability, enhance care coordination and provide cutting-edge treatments.
